2. Where do you ship from?
We work with multiple fulfillment centers located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Your order will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse with your item in stock to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at support@2envy.store and we'll do our best to help.
4. How long does shipping take?
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada, UK, Europe: 10–20 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Asia: 7–15 business days
- Other Regions: 15–25 business days
5. How can I track my order?
After your order ships you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 3–7 days to appear depending on the courier. If tracking hasn't updated after 10 days, contact us at support@2envy.store.
6. I ordered multiple items but only received one — why?
To ensure faster delivery, items may ship separately from different suppliers. Each package will have its own tracking number. Please allow each shipment its estimated transit time.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, your order will likely be in processing and cannot be modified. Contact support@2envy.store immediately if you need assistance.
8. What if my item is damaged or defective?
We're sorry if that happens. Email support@2envy.store within 7 days of receiving your order with photos or a short video showing the issue. Provide your order number and a brief description. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
9. Do you accept returns?
We only accept returns or issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted due to the dropshipping model. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
10. Are there customs fees or import taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major international payment methods supported by our selling platform (credit/debit cards, PayPal where available). If you have questions about payment options at checkout, contact support@2envy.store.
