Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at 2envy.store.
We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

Because we work with global fulfillment partners and custom logistics, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong color, or incorrect sizing once an order has been shipped.

We only offer replacements or refunds for the following cases:

  • The item you received is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong product or variant

  • Your order did not arrive within 45 business days

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@2envy.store, with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

Our support team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


2. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@2envy.store.


3. Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@2envy.store with photos and your order details.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase — after that, your order will have begun processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund total.
