Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which includes your tracking information (if available).

Please note that during peak seasons, sales, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

We work with a variety of global suppliers and logistics partners to deliver your items worldwide.
Typical delivery times are:

Canada, UK, Europe 10–20 business days
Australia, New Zealand 10–20 business days
Asia 7–15 business days
Other International Locations 15–25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or high-volume seasons.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 3–7 days to update, depending on the supplier’s location and courier service.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated after 10 business days, please contact us at support@2envy.store.


4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may issue a partial refund (excluding shipping costs) or reship it at your expense.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zenvy is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

While rare, delays or lost packages can occur.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 45 days of shipment, please reach out to support@2envy.store, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue or arranging a replacement/refund where applicable.


7. Split Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, your items may be shipped separately from different suppliers.
If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
